FORT SANTIAGO
Fort Santiago is the defense fortress is part of the structures of Intramuros .The fort is one of the most important historical sites in Manila. Several lives were lost in its prisons during the Spanish Colonial Period. José Rizal, the Philippine national hero, was imprisoned here before his execution in 1896. The Rizal Shrine museum displays memorabilia of the hero in their collection and the fort features, embedded onto the ground in bronze, his footsteps representing his final walk from his cell to the location of the actual execution.
OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Administration)
The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration, or OWWA, is an agency connected to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). It is the lead government agency tasked to protect and promote the welfare and well-being of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their dependents. OWWA has 35 posts in 25 countries overseas and 17 regional welfare offices in the country to deliver its programs, benefits and services to the OFWs and their families. Its location is at the Muralla, Intramuros.

Pambansang komisyon para sa kultura at mga siningThe National Commission for Culture and the Arts of the Philippines (Filipino: Pambansang Komisyon para sa Kultura at mga Sining, Cebuano: Nasodnong Komisyon alang sa Budaya ug mga Arte) is the official arts council for our country. It is the overall policy making body, grants and coordinating giving agency for the preservation, development and promotion of Philippine arts and culture. It is an executing agency for the policies it formulates and it task to administering the National Endowment Fund for Culture and the Arts (NEFCA) fund exclusively for the implementation of culture and arts programs and projects.

CBCP (Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines)
The Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (Filipino: Kapulungan ng mga Katolikong Obispo ng Pilipinas; Cebuano: Hugpong sa mga Obispo nga Katoliko sa Pilipinas) is the Episcopal conference of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines. The official organization of the episcopacy of the Philippine Catholic Church.the Roman Archdiocese of manila is one of the richest in the world. The CBCP is made up of 99 active and 32 honorary bishops and other members. Its main office building is centrally located within the Intramuros. Archbishop Socrates B. Villegas of Lingayen-Dagupan is the current president while Archbishop Romulo Valles of Davao is the current Vice President.

Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE)
The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) started as a small bureau in 1908. It became a department on December 8, 1933 with the passage of Act 4121. The DOLE is the national government agency mandated to formulate and implement policies and programs, and serve as the policy-advisory arm of the Executive Branch in the field of labor and employment.
Palacio Del Gobernador
The first official residence of the Spanish Governor General or Palacio Real was located near in Fort Santiago. Governor General Diego Fajardo moved to a house where the Palacio de Gobernador Condominium presently stands. The owner of the house was former member of the Real Audencia (Supreme Court) Manuel Estacio de Venegas. The Venegas house became the Governor-General’s residence until it was destroyed by the 1863 earthquake. The Governor General moved to Colegio de Santa Potenciana while repair are being made to the building. Construction was stopped when a summer residence in San Miguel (Malacanang) was favored as the new official residence of the Governor General. The ruin was made into a plaza and bomb shelters during the American Period. After the 1945 Battle of Manila, American soldiers found several dead bodies in the bomb shelters. The story goes that during the last days of the war, Japanese soldier herded 140 men including some priests from San Agustin Church to the ruins of the Palacio. They were crowded in the bomb shelters. Grenades were lobbied into the chambers. Only eight men survived to recount the holocaust.

Pag-ibig FundThe birth of the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), more popularly known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, was an answer to the need for a national savings program and an affordable shelter financing for the Filipino worker. The Fund was established on 11 June 1978 by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1530 primarily to address these two basic yet equally important needs. Under the said law, there were two agencies that administered the Fund. The Social Security System handled the funds of private employees, while the Government Service Insurance System handled the savings of government workers.
